On November 8 and 9, 2017, will take place the IV PLANT VARIETY RIGHTS SEMINAR, organized by the Commercial Law Department of the Law Faculty and the Magister Lvcentinvs - Master in Intellectual Property of the University of Alicante.
This Seminar will be held on November 8 from 9h00 to 20h00 and on November 9 from 9h30 to 13h00 at the Salón de Actos of the Education Faculty of the University of Alicante. This is a paid Seminar, in which you can register through this link.
This year the Seminar has the collaboration of: Pan European Seal, European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, The Spanish Plant Variety Office (OEVV), The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Envieroment, Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), National Association of Plant Variety (ANOVE), Naktiunbouw, International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV), National Institute for Agricultural Innovation (INIA) and Garrigues. In addition, it would have the participation of professional on the subject and specialized magistrates.
